To-do-list apps, which help you keep track of daily tasks and objectives, are an ever-evolving category. One popular option is Taskful, described as a smart task manager app. Although the app was first released a few years ago, it has been updated recently and still offers really interesting features.

Once you make a free account on Taskful, you can start setting your daily tasks right from the app’s main dashboard. You can add subtasks or notes within a certain task. Swipe left or right to change the category of that task. There are six categories by default and they are all colour-coded: “General” tasks, for instance, are coded purple, “Work” tasks have a mauve hue and “Finance” tasks, green. You can even create a new category and give it a desired colour code.
