To-do-list apps, which help you keep track of daily tasks and objectives, are an ever-evolving category. One popular option is Taskful, described as a smart task manager app. Although the app was first released a few years ago, it has been updated recently and still offers really interesting features.
Once you make a free account on Taskful, you can start setting your daily tasks right from the app’s main dashboard. You can add subtasks or notes within a certain task. Swipe left or right to change the category of that task. There are six categories by default and they are all colour-coded: “General” tasks, for instance, are coded purple, “Work” tasks have a mauve hue and “Finance” tasks, green. You can even create a new category and give it a desired colour code.
Such handy features in the design and user interface definitely catch the eye. The app, which comes with a calendar integration feature, includes a ranking feature to nudge productivity. Your profile within the app allows you to see how you rank among Taskful users in terms of tasks finished. This section also shows you the number of days in a row you used the app and your total points, which increase every time you complete a task.
Taskful’s free features offer enough to get you going but if you do sign up for Taskful Pro, starting at ₹260 a month, you can access features like searching for friends on the app and working on shared tasks, among other things.
