Super Mario Run
Nintendo’s new running game Super Mario Run is a more evolved version of the DOS-based Mario game from the 1990s. It follows the same side facing view and has a similar style of gameplay—the lead character moves on its own while users get to control his jumps and slides by tapping, double taping or swiping on the touchscreen. The fact that you can play it in the portrait mode means you can play it with one hand. It is an offline game and works on the most basic Android phones.

It offers improved visuals, more intuitive touch screen controls and slightly different plot from the original game. The game also offers a multiplayer mode where you can play with friends and other live users.
Power Rangers Legacy Wars
Power Rangers Legacy is combat-based action game based on popular TV series Power Rangers. The game feels more refreshing than the usual medley of fighter games as it involves a bit of tactic as well. The actions depend on the availability of the cards showing below the screen and your success depends on the strategic use of the cards during a combat. Overall, it is fun to play, works offline and takes up just about 100MB of space.
