Take a break: Correcting posture
We all know that poor posture and sitting for long hours is bad for health. So spare five minutes each day and do these exercises at your workstation

Reaching up
When doing so, many people tend to arch the back, which can hurt the spine. Always keep your knees soft and the back straight when reaching up.
Carrying weight
When carrying a bag, ensure that the body weight is distributed equally on both the legs and the back is straight.
Carrying bag
Don’t hunch while carry-ing a bag, as it can result in neck and shoulder tension. Place the bag close to the spine and let its weight stretch the shoulders back and down.
Bag on one shoulder
Keep your back straight and distribute the body weight equally on both the legs when carrying bag on one shoulder. Ideally, carry the bag on both the shoulders.
Keyboard use
Hinge from your hips, keep the back as straight as possible, keep knees soft and the elbows close to the body. Do not hunch forward as this will affect spinal discs and nerves.
