Method

Soak 50g chickpeas overnight. Boil till soft, cool, then blend with 5g garlic, 20g tahini paste and 10ml olive oil. Garnish with a little Sumac powder, and a drizzle of olive oil. Spread on pita bread or wholewheat toast.

Method

To make crudités, cut 4 asparagus, 20g peppers (red, yellow, green), 20g cucumber and 20g carrot into match-stick sizes. For the sauce, mix 25g mayonnaise with 10g ketchup and 3ml Tabasco sauce. Add 3ml Worcestershire sauce and season according to taste.
