Huracán Evo: Need for speed

A fast, red Italian car will be zooming through your streets soon. Automobili Lamborghini has just launched its next generation V10 sports car—the Huracán Evo—in India.

It promises to be an update on the standard Huracán in terms of looks and power. Borrowing the powerful engine of the Huracán Performante, the Huracán Evo delivers 640bhp at 8,000 rpm, 28bhp more than the standard model. It accelerates from 0-200 kmph in 9 seconds and achieves a top speed of over 325 kmph.

The Evo comes with predictive logic on vehicle dynamics, i.e. a central processing unit, and LDVI, which controls and integrates each of the car’s dynamic controls in real time to give you a smoother, faster and more intuitive driving experience.

A new front bumper gives it a stylish look while ensuring even better aerodynamics. According to Sharad Agarwal, head, Lamborghini India, “The all-new Huracán Evo is much more agile, light and nimble than its predecessor."
