Method

Blend one cup of skimmed milk with 1/4 cup blackberries, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup red grapes, 1/2 banana and 1/4 vanilla extract. Add 1tsp honey. Add a cup of milk, blend, mix well and serve cold.
